Can attack certain players by successful "You're gonna be attacked, okay" "Okay.".
What do you think?
This might shake things up a bit better, as that way you wouldn't have more than a few minutes' warning...
But still, asking for permission, of course. Ambushes aren't cool.
EDIT: As an afterthought, they also can't have bases in the traditional sense -- More of a hole in the ground that they hide in for the night. Underground only? No markers, definitely. Not sure about that.
There's no way to police that, I don't think, but it's a good self-imposed challenge.
